Role Overview
- Gather and document business requirements across order lifecycle processes
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories specific to Infios OMS capabilities
- Facilitate workshops with global stakeholders (onshore/offshore)
- Act as a subject matter expert in Infios OMS best practices
- Configure order orchestration, sourcing, and fulfillment logic within Infios OMS
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, and payment systems
- Define and execute UAT scenarios aligned to Infios OMS implementations
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in OMS, with hands-on experience in Infios (Körber) OMS
- Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment (BOPIS, BOSS, ship-from-store)
- Experience configuring sourcing, routing, and inventory rules in Infios OMS
- Strong communication skills in global team environments
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
