Role Overview
- Drive technical design and implementation of Java-based backend services and APIs
- Architect and build frontend applications (React/Angular) for complex workflows
- Lead the modernization of legacy components by breaking down monolithic services
- Define and improve API contracts and service interactions
- Debug and root cause analysis of production issues
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features
- Adoption/use of AI-driven development tools to improve developer productivity
Requirements
- Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 year of related experience with strong full stack development skills
- Expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot with real-world workloads handling
- Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs
- Experience in building frontend applications using React or Angular
- Expertise in debugging production issues, tracing API failures, and identifying performance bottlenecks
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Copilot, Codex, or similar) to improve coding speed
