Business Controller, AI Focus

Role Overview

• Responsible for one or several assigned areas and act as a close financial partner to management and key stakeholders
• Provide financial advisory through reporting and analysis with the objective to efficiently reach set financial goals
• Explore, test and drive the use of AI in controlling processes
• Develop how AI can be applied for analysis, insight generation, automation and efficiency
• Contribute to new ways of working, both in daily operations and within the controller team
• Act as an AI ambassador, supporting adoption and sharing best practices across the team

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Business Controller or similar
• Solid experience in financial analysis, forecasting and reporting
• Highly interested in AI and how it can be applied practically in controlling and analytics
• Hands-on and curious, with experience of testing or using AI tools in your daily work
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to see both details and the bigger picture
• Proactive, driven and eager to explore new ways of working
• Communicative and collaborative, comfortable interacting with managers and stakeholders
