Own and drive end-to-end delivery of web development initiatives
Lead agile delivery practices (primarily Kanban), ensuring a consistent flow of work and continuous improvement
Translate business and product priorities into clear roadmaps
Manage team capacity, priorities, and workflow using tools such as Jira, Monday.com and Lucid
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership (SLT)
Facilitate decision-making to maintain delivery momentum
Support the delivery of AI/ML-driven features (e.g. recommendations, agentic experiences), while building an understanding of how these can be applied within e-commerce
Support testing, release, and continuous improvement practices
Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards, particularly when working with customer data
Provide clear delivery updates, timelines and trade-offs
Be comfortable getting into the detail when needed, while maintaining a high-level view of delivery
Requirements
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager (or similar) in a web or digital environment
Strong experience delivering medium to large-scale software projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised, with strong planning and prioritisation skills
