Provides expertise to Federal Government Community worldwide sites on mechanical engineering aspects of the installation; modification; operation; and maintenance of facilities, mission systems, support systems, HVAC, fuel, compressed air, and plumbing systems.
Review contractor submittals against specifications and responds to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs).
Develops independent cost estimates both for the government as well as for internal proposal purposes

Bachelor’s in engineering from an accredited American university or Professional Engineering License
7+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry
Must be able to obtain an Interim TS or Final TS security clearance before deployment
