Supports the Security Culture, Training and Awareness (SCTA) team
Defines, builds, and maintains repeatable metrics and KPI reporting through dashboards and presentations
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and improve data quality
Manages the SCTA SharePoint reporting and content repository
Design, develop, and maintain executive-ready reports and interactive dashboards
Enable secure self-service access to approved dashboards and metric definitions
Acquire, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources
Maintain documentation for reporting products
Support leaders by delivering clear presentations and narratives on security culture performance
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Adult Education, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
2+ years in Security, risk, compliance, analytics/reporting, or a related field, including owning multiple dashboards/reports used by leaders
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate tools (including data modeling and measures), Excel, and data preparation
Ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
Experience establishing KPI definitions/metric glossaries and basic data governance practices
