Lead a core local team and a larger offshore delivery group, with a strong focus on career development, capability building, and performance consistency.
Act as the primary lead trainer for offshore resources, ensuring continuous alignment with Ivalua’s product roadmap and best practices.
Own and lead end-to-end Ivalua implementations, ensuring excellence across configuration and integration.
Provide Level 3 expertise in advanced Ivalua configuration, including workflows, data models, and UI customization.
Oversee complex integrations between Ivalua and client ERP or third-party systems.
Act as the primary client contact, translating complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical designs.
Ensure a seamless transition from client workshops to offshore development execution.

15+ years in professional services or consulting, with a strong and proven focus on end-to-end Ivalua implementations.
Certified or equivalent expertise in Ivalua L3 configuration
Strong integration experience (APIs, middleware, flat files)
Deep understanding of procurement processes, including Sourcing, SRM, P2P, and Spend Analytics.
Demonstrated experience in building and managing offshore teams in India and establishing centers of excellence.
Ability to engage effectively with both C-level stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
