Role Overview
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial data and reports
- Support the review and reconciliation of financial records and documentation
- Contribute to the preparation of internal and client-facing deliverables
- Participate in data validation, organization, and reporting tasks
- Conduct financial and industry research to support ongoing engagements
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements and special projects
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all assigned tasks
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and task ownership
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to work overtime during peak times
