Network Engineer – Ericsson, Telco

Role Overview

• Plan, design, and optimize network solutions within environment\n
• Lead solution design for Ericsson ENM Core platform replacement, including integration and implementation planning\n
• Create High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation\n
• Collaborate with Ericsson and other vendors, reviewing and validating technical proposals\n
• Perform connectivity planning, capacity planning, and network dimensioning\n
• Support network transformation activities and ensure alignment with company strategy\n
• Conduct technical analysis, assessments, and evaluate technology roadmaps\n
• Ensure lifecycle management of network platforms, including compliance with security requirements\n
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to support smooth handover to production

Requirements

• Strong experience with Ericsson technologies (ENM Core, transmission, monitoring platforms)\n
• Experience in telecom networks (core, radio, transmission, optics)\n
• Proven experience with HLD/LLD creation and solution design\n
• Ability to read, interpret, and challenge vendor technical documentation\n
• Experience with integration of platforms in telco environments\n
• Strong understanding of network architecture and engineering principles\n
• Fluent English (B2+), ability to communicate with international stakeholders\n
• Nice to have: Knowledge of security requirements in telco environments
