You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and price negotiations with partners and service providers
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
You act as the interface between talents and our partners, schedule their engagements, and ensure their well-being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows
Together we help them work with a future-oriented approach and create new opportunities beyond the role of an artist

At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
Ideally previous experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
