Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
Provide strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions
Conduct file review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action
Perform extensive legal research and drafting of substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs
Regularly represent clients in court, at arbitrations, and in depositions
Draft and respond to discovery requests
Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses
Prepare for and attend trials
Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and stakeholders to deliver strategic and practical legal advice
Manage deadlines and assignments with a high level of ownership and independence

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law in state posted (required); additional bar admissions a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience in practice group
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Professional demeanor with strong client-relations and communication skills
Must be responsive and organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
