Role Overview

• Utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Engage, educate, and promote/influence members' decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status
• Meet any additional reasonable requirements set by the Leader or Company

Requirements

• Active unrestricted RN compact state licensure
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, telehealth and/or Oncology
• Proficient in Multisystem Navigation
• Effective Multitasker
• Basic Technical Troubleshooting
• Digital Collaboration & Documentation
• Highly Organized & Results-Oriented
• Metric-Driven Performance
