About this role
Role Overview
Handle customer service tasks for an assigned customer base and work as part of a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Receive and process all types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders
Responsible for processing inquiries and orders from start to finish
Proactively liaise with customers to inform them about delayed orders
Responsible for managing consignment stock, inventory control, invoicing, and stock counts
Handle customer complaints and returns
Perform quality checks and implement corrective actions
Monitor open/pending orders
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial/business field or an equivalent qualification
Preferably some initial professional experience in customer service/inside sales; alternatively experience in logistics, supply chain, or field sales
Excellent written and spoken Italian, English and German are required
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable but not required
Good to very good Excel skills
Self-organization, ability to work independently and set priorities; willingness and ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility and a positive attitude
