About this role
Role Overview
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all new features, bug fixes, and enhancements for the claims system.
Document and communicate test results, defects, and recommendations for improvement.
Partner with Claims Systems Team to write clear specific actions for system changes.
Collaborate with claims leadership to identify process gaps.
Assist in data validation and integrity checks for regulatory reporting and compliance.
Participate in workflow evaluations to ensure service level objectives are met.
Support Claims Compliance by ensuring that all compliance-related changes are implemented effectively and accurately across all platforms.
Provide feedback to management and IT on system performance.
Support training initiatives as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects of the claims system.
Promote strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
SQL Experience is a plus
Azure DevOps experience is a plus
Familiarity with claims systems and insurance workflows required
