Role Overview
- Assist the Transportation claims team with intake tasks related to claims
- Manage claim intake coordination and inbox management
- Verify claim adjuster handling and forward documents
- Support adjusters by recording updates in the system
- Assist with special projects including audits
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional office support or customer service experience
- Direct insurance experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Bill of Lading is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
