- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience of turning raw data into action plans and meaningfully improving conversion rates
- Technical mastery of Meta Ads Manager
- Proficiency in both English and German (C1+)
- Experimental mindset with a passion for creative messaging
