About this role

Lead the Business Development Support (BDS) and Product Delivery teams
Build and manage strategic relationships with internal and external business partners
Collaborate with internal business partners to identify, assess and support the implementation of business strategies and growth opportunities
Develop implementation strategies for key advanced payments products
Provide thought leadership to other teams through analysis and strategy, client engagement, legal approvals and opportunity assessments
Ensure adequate resources (production capacity) exists to support ongoing support activities and prioritized development projects needed to both support and grow the Payments business
Assess opportunities to improve product delivery processes and drive continuous improvement

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 8 years of project management, change management, business consulting or operations experience within the payments industry
At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal or external business clients
10+ years of project management, change management, business consulting or operations experience within the payments industry (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives (preferred)
