Principal Associate, Marketing – Business Cards & Payments

Role Overview

• Develop insight-driven Customer Marketing strategies
• Lead launches of complex marketing programs and campaigns
• Drive optimized usage of key Martech platforms
• Own transformation process of servicing communication
• Write clear test documents and test plans
• Interpret and use data to inform decisions
• Manage creative development for marketing
• Lead research work streams that drive actionable insights
• Analyze customer behavior data to optimize strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 3 years of Marketing experience
• At least 2 years of Customer Marketing experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Marketing technology tools and platforms
• Masters Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications (Preferred)
• 5+ years of Marketing experience (Preferred)
• 3+ years of Customer Marketing experience (Preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with Marketing technology tools and platforms (Preferred)
