About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the day-to-day ownership, optimisation, and consistent delivery of core operational processes across our Healthcare division.
- Ensure effective use of key systems, including staff rostering and patient record platforms
- Lead a remote team of process professionals, driving system optimisation, workforce deployment, and continuous improvement
- Develop SOPs and address training gaps where needed
- Support operational teams to meet SLAs and performance targets
- Drive continuous improvement using operational data and performance insight
- Support system changes and implementations across multiple enterprise and clinical systems
Requirements
- Strong operational experience within private healthcare, large-scale care delivery, or a similar regulated environment
- Proven experience managing and improving end-to-end business processes in a live operational setting
- Experience working with staff rostering and workforce management systems
- Optima rostering platform experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, service delivery, and workforce economics
- Experienced people leader, comfortable managing remote teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong process improvement capability, analytical thinking, and a commercial focus on service performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
