About this role

Enhance monitoring of rule execution and KPIs using Qlik Sense
Apply AI-driven analysis to identify risks related to rule bypasses, customer behavior, and geographic trends
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to define and document requirements
Collaborate with IT (AI, architecture, development) to identify solutions, define scope, and set timelines
Conduct analysis, prepare functional documentation, perform testing, and support deployment
Communicate proactively and provide status updates to the department and stakeholders
Oversee project scope, timeline, and delivery quality in partnership with IT

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1 or M2)
Strong foundation in project management, AI, and data technologies
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and core information system components
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate business needs into actionable solutions
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
