Management and coordination of numerous small to medium-sized IT projects across all phases (requirements gathering, proposal/offering, planning, controlling, implementation, closure)
Close collaboration with Support to handle customer requests efficiently, solution-oriented, and proactively
Coordination between clients, internal teams, and relevant departments
Ensuring smooth project execution regarding schedules, scope/content, resources, and quality
Prioritization and tracking of tasks, open issues, and requirements
Maintaining client relationships in day-to-day operations
Requirements
Relevant degree or qualification: Computer Science, Mediamatics (media & IT), Business Administration with further training in project management, or comparable background
Several years of experience managing digital IT projects and/or in support, ideally in an agency environment
Proficient in proposal development, cost estimation, negotiation, and financial project management
Knowledge of agile project management methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking) and confidence with common project management tools
Strong initiative, reliability, and a high standard for quality and advisory services
Positive mindset and a sense of humor
