About this role
Role Overview
- Support the creation and submission of regulatory returns such as the Lifetime ISA bonus and Pension Tax Relief claims.
- Support the identification and resolution of data gaps or inaccuracies related to our annual returns.
- Help document and improve key processes owned by the team.
- Help to maintain customer facing product literature and tools (such as Key Features Documents, KIID’s and illustrations).
- Help resolve complex queries and complaints such as interest calculations, ISA voids and anomaly reports.
- Support the adoption and embedding of AI related reform.
- Participate in internal committees and groups which oversee the operation of our products.
- Help to shape and enhance the team's ways of working.
Requirements
- Proven ability to absorb and apply complex information.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Relishes the challenge of helping to define the operating model of a relatively new team.
- Interested in app-based financial services.
- Interested in AI innovation and practical adoptions of new technology.
