Part-time Accountant

Role Overview

• Compilation, review and preparation of financial figures
• Work with Lexoffice and internal tools
• Preparation of accounting records for external tax advisors
• Review and preparation of incoming invoices, including payment approvals
• Receivables management & maintenance and monitoring of open items (OPOS) via LexOffice and Automahntion
• Preparation and partial execution of dunning/collection processes
• Processing of monthly (partially automated) credits to partner laundries
• Carrying out invoice adjustments beyond standard support
• Documentation of cancellations and structured handover to Sales
• Procurement of consumables (e.g., REWE, office supplies)
• Light support with organizational matters

Requirements

• Several years of experience in accounting
• Confident use of tools like Lexoffice or comparable systems
• Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Motivation to actively improve processes and contribute ideas
