Define and ensure the technical architecture choices for solutions
Own and enforce development best practices and delivery quality
Design, develop and evolve critical Full Stack applications
Integrate and promote AI use cases (generative AI, data processing, decision support, automation) within solutions
Lead, mentor and upskill the team’s developers
Challenge business and functional requirements to propose the best technical solutions
Carry out POCs and experiments around AI and data technologies
Implement DevSecOps practices and the “You build it, you run it” culture
Participate in Agile / SAFe rituals (PI Planning, reviews, demos, architecture workshops)
Maintain active technology watch, particularly on AI, data and modern architectures

Master’s degree (engineering school or university)
Proven experience (minimum 5 to 8 years) in Full Stack development, including significant experience as a Tech Lead
Professional experience required in a banking or financial context (bank, critical information systems, strong regulatory constraints)
Strong expertise in application architecture and distributed systems
Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI topics (generative AI, data, integrating AI models into products)
Ability to provide technical leadership to a team and act as a technical reference
High awareness of security, performance, resilience and software quality issues
Comfortable in scaled Agile environments (SAFe)
