Track impact, including time savings, efficiency gains, and user experience improvements
Document and scale repeatable AI solutions across teams

Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
Fluent English communication skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in business, operations, analysis, or technology-enabled environments
Experience in operations, process improvement, or business analysis
