About this role
Role Overview
Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end revenue processes
Own pipeline management standards and run regular audits to ensure data integrity
Help manage forecasting models and cadence support executive-level visibility
Analyze sales metrics, pipeline health, and rep performance data
Partner with sales leadership on process improvement and enablement strategy
Own day-to-day Outreach.io enablement and optimize GTM tool adoption
Develop and maintain executive-level KPIs and sales activity metrics monitoring
Document standard operating procedures and playbooks
Drive automation and process improvements to increase scalability
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations
5+ years of progressive experience with measurable GTM impact
Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io, Salesloft)
Ability to build and manage forecasting models, pipeline reporting, and sales velocity metrics
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience documenting processes and creating scalable playbooks
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
