Tenant & Leasing Management: Own the entire leasing process: from handling inquiries and screening tenants to preparing and managing digital lease agreements
Be the friendly face of our company: Serve as the main contact for all tenant needs, providing excellent and professional customer service
Manage tenant lifecycle: Skillfully coordinate smooth move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and security deposit returns
Ensure timely payments: Oversee rent collection and professionally manage the eviction process when necessary, following all procedures
Maintenance & Project Coordination: Command the maintenance workflow: Receive, prioritize, and dispatch our maintenance team and vendors to resolve property issues
Run the projects: Coordinate property turnovers and minor renovations, creating schedules and ensuring they stay on track and within budget
Be the resource manager: Order supplies and materials needed for jobs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our team has what they need to succeed
Operations & Admin Support: Be the keeper of records: Maintain perfectly organized digital files for all properties, tenants, and work orders in our property management software
Watch the budget: Track all maintenance and project expenses, review invoices, and help us run a cost-efficient operation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in Property Management is essential
Your background must include both tenant relations and maintenance coordination
Confident in your ability to direct team members and manage vendors
Strong understanding of the US real estate rental process (leasing, tenant laws, etc.)
Experience managing schedules, ordering materials, and tracking budgets
Comfortable working full-time on a US time zone schedule (graveyard shift)
You must have your own reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home
