Requirements
A university degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field plus approximately 5+ years of experience
Significant depth in at least one technical domain, with demonstrated ability to independently design, build, and deliver medium-complexity projects or services with minimal course correction from senior leadership
Strong working knowledge of modern development workflows, generative AI tools, and how to use them effectively
Experience making sound architectural and technical trade-offs in ambiguous situations, with a clear track record of writing secure, maintainable, and reliable code across the full SDLC
Demonstrated ability to mentor and uplevel more junior engineers through example, code review, and collaboration
