Responsible for implementing new solutions, customizing existing flows, enhancing features and ensuring the maintenance of critical environments.
Develop and maintain solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform.
Customize and optimize contact flows using Architect.
Perform integrations with internal and external systems via REST APIs.
Handle support, incident resolution and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with business and support teams to understand and translate technical requirements.
Document processes and ensure development best practices.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (including Architect and REST API usage).
Good communication skills and a collaborative profile.
Ability to analyze technical issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
Preferred: Genesys Cloud certifications.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Experience supporting mission-critical environments.
