Perform extraction, organization, and processing of data from multiple sources (e.g., Data Lake, internal systems, and spreadsheets);
Build and update reports, dashboards, and views in Power BI, ensuring data quality and consistency;
Maintain and update databases and recurring reporting routines;
Support analysis of HR metrics (headcount, turnover, movements, among others) under guidance;
Provide technical support for the HR area's analytical needs;
Contribute to data organization, standardization, and governance;
Support simple improvements to data processes and routines;
Assist, when necessary, with Personnel Administration routines (onboarding, terminations, transfers, and benefits);
Work cross-functionally on general Human Resources activities and projects, as needed.

University degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields);
Knowledge of Excel (intermediate);
Knowledge of Power BI (intermediate);
Familiarity with data handling will be considered a plus (e.g., Data Lake);
Basic knowledge of data analysis.
