Extract insights for leaders’ decision making: Research client data, analyse feedback, identify patterns, and prepare insight-driven reports highlighting emerging trends for leadership.
Create internal communications to support client centricity: Design infographics, draft short articles, and assist in planning internal events that promote client focus.
Monitor program progress: Track KPIs, maintain dashboards, and ensure transparency with overview files.
Requirements
You are close to completing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field.
Prior experience in a business environment or a large organization is an asset.
You have strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and excellent attention to detail.
You can build trust-based business relationships and maintain strict confidentiality.
You are proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner and are comfortable using AI-chatbots.
Knowledge of Power BI is considered an asset.
You are fluent (C1, C2, native level) in both French and English – this is a mandatory requirement. Applications not meeting this criterion will not be considered.
