Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Educational Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Technical knowledge of the educational product portfolio to ensure effective support.
Commercial, results-oriented profile with focus on educational impact and customer satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication, able to adapt to different audiences (school leaders, coordinators, and teachers).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
Consultative approach, focused on understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
