Customer Focused Team Manager

Role Overview

• Leads a significant Customer Focused team within a site.
• Has overall business responsibility for the execution of the business of a customer or group of customers.
• Ensures the CFT generates value for the customer from their business with CLS.
• Works as a member of team responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure that product deliveries are on time.
• Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing NPI projects.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Track project performance accordingly to the respective phase gates.
• Understand technical risk and able to push technical envelope whenever possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and NPI project management & program experience.
• 10 years relevant experience in project management / marketing / manufacturing industries.
• NPI knowledge or Program management knowledge.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and presentation slide using Power Point.
