- Assess user needs to resolve questions and issues in collaboration with the technology team;
- Direct communication with candidates to provide a more humanized service;
- Create, consolidate, and manage service efficiency and quality KPIs;
Requirements
- Ownership mindset: people who can take full responsibility for a pillar of major importance at Gupy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking, and a client-focused mindset;
- Advanced Excel;
- Availability for 6 hours per day, with flexible scheduling;
- Some experience with programming and/or website development is a plus.
