Role Overview
- Assess users' needs to resolve questions and issues in partnership with the technology team;
- Direct communication with candidates to provide a more humanized service;
- Create, consolidate, and manage KPIs for service efficiency and quality;
Requirements
- Ownership mindset: individuals who can fully take responsibility for a key pillar at Gupy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking, and a customer-oriented mindset;
- Advanced Excel;
- Availability for 6 hours per day with flexible scheduling;
- Some experience with programming and/or website development is a plus.
