About this role

Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
Build trusted relationships with youth and families
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers

Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California
Experience diagnosing, treatment planning, and working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet connection
Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity

Competitive Compensation: W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment)
1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay)
Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm)
W2 Caseload Commitment: W-2 clinicians carry a caseload of 25 weekly slots (Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm PST)
