Conduct technical qualifications of customer use cases and work with account teams during Proof of Value (POV) deployments to confirm product fit.
Translate customer feedback and market requirements into technical specifications for engineering to prioritize in the development roadmap.
Work with product and marketing teams to develop the technical sales content, including product demonstrations and narratives, to enable sales and marketing teams during pre-sales engagements.
Oversee the technical rollout of new features, tracking adoption metrics and customer outcomes to meet assigned revenue quotas.
You’ll be supporting all account teams in all regions as needed.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in a technical B2B SaaS role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineer, Product Management, or Technical Account Management with 3+ years of OT, IoT experience
Support the Product & Marketing teams by providing technical support to OEMs, resellers, and channel partners.
Hands-on experience working directly within a security operations team or providing technical implementation services to security departments.
Proficiency in translating technical requirements into business value metrics for executive stakeholders.
Build an end-to-end product knowledge base, regularly perform demos and provide customer feedback to the Product team.
Work with the training team to ensure partner enablement training meets our needs to allow partners to perform demos.
Manage IoT/OT RFI/RFP responses.
Working knowledge of networks such as TCP/UDP, NAC, Firewalls, IPS, etc.
