Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

• Lead design work from early discovery and problem framing through to validated solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product management and R&D as an equal design partner.
• Design at the platform level to ensure experiences across the platform feel connected, coherent, and intentional.
• Create and iterate designs, including design flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
• Actively use AI in the design process for rapid prototyping and exploring alternatives.

Requirements

• Proven 7+ years of experience designing software products, ideally SaaS or other technically complex tools.
• Educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equal through experience.
• Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, and detail) that help communicate and support concepts.
• Strong experience with Figma, including shared libraries, reusable components, and understanding how design decisions scale across multiple products and teams.
• Experience using and contributing to a design system.
