Perform month-end close functions for multiple entities
Cross train with accounting team on prepaids, fixed assets, and other functional areas as assigned
Record cash transaction activity and reconcile all bank accounts
Support financial and tax audits by providing PBC schedules and documentation as assigned
Ensure procedures are in accordance with GAAP requirements and accounting department policies
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested

2-4 years accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, listening and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Confident self-starter with a solid ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments
Demonstrated understanding of financial/accounting principles and systems
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
