Manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise customers
Support high-volume programs and multi-location needs
Work closely with Strategic Accounts and Client Success teams
Apply sales training to identify needs and present tailored solutions
Prioritize the utilization of resources to drive return on investment
Develop action plans by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures
Create call plan and plans accordingly to maximize focus on top priorities
Requirements
2+ years of Sales and/or Account Management
Proven track record of success in managing clients
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional work environment
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
Experience in Toxicology/Occupational Health, Diagnostics, or related field (preferred)
MS Office and Salesforce experience (preferred)
