Support solar farm design and construction for BOT projects delivered to customers
Manage 3rd party contractor teams for project execution
Represent the engineering function in customer-facing settings
Negotiate technical and scope-related issues with stakeholders
Participate in customer negotiations and support contract execution

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (e.g. civil, electrical, mechanical, chemical)
5+ years of engineering experience
Demonstrated technical ownership on complex, externally delivered projects
Review and interpret technical specifications and project agreement requirements
Experience coordinating across teams (e.g., engineering, project management, procurement, development, legal, or similar)
Experience engaging with external partners in technically and commercially sensitive environments
