Senior Success Manager

Role Overview

• The Sr Success Manager serves LPL Advisors with up to $150 Million in AUM, providing relationship management support between their business and LPL.
• Driving industry leading client satisfaction by making LPL feel small and personalized (NPS).
• Driving a sense of community and loyalty to LPL (Retention).
• Recommending growth initiatives to help Advisors deliver results for their clients (Same Store Sales).
• Driving and consulting with Advisors through proactive engagements, reactive calls, web-based appointment scheduling and email.
• Managing targeted consulting engagements for new Advisor on-boarding.
• Conducting digital business health assessments/business planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry within an advisor‑facing, account management, consultative sales, or service role
• Ability to travel as needed (approximately 1–2 trips per year)
• Active Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
