improving standardization and reuse
ensuring the platform is secure, reliable, observable, and easy for teams to build on
driving a stronger DevOps and platform engineering mindset
continuously improving developer experience and enabling teams to work efficiently

Several years of relevant experience within software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or digital product development.
Some sort of experience leading or coaching in an agile environment for example as a Chapter Lead, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Solution Architect, or similar.
Experience working with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely CMS.
Professional fluency in English.
It is a plus if you have experience in:
Optimizely platform governance and licensing
Multi-instance CMS setups and shared content or platform assets
Azure DevOps, Git-based workflows, and modern deployment pipelines
Monitoring, observability, and operational excellence in enterprise platforms
Vendor and partner collaboration
Information security, compliance, and risk in enterprise environments
