Role Overview
- Create and/or edit documents consistent with MCRC approval
- Ensure documents are legally reviewed and approved
- Maintain documents and update databases for contracts management
- Assist Managed Care Representative with defined tasks
- Ensure contracts are signed by authorized representatives
- May assist in financial reporting and other tasks
Requirements
- Associate’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 or more years managing legal contracts
- 1 or more years' experience with contract management software
- Basic understanding of Managed Care and contract terms
- Knowledge of Access, Word, and Excel
- Basic understanding of state and federal insurance laws/regulations
- Ability to draft legal language
