About this role
Role Overview
Actively identify and prospect new leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and social media)
Research companies and contacts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Execute outbound approaches with personalization and strategic intent
Qualify leads based on defined criteria (profile, interest, and buying potential)
Ensure opportunity quality before handing them off to the sales team
Schedule qualified meetings for Sales Executives
Maintain relationships with leads throughout the sales funnel
Generate demand autonomously (own databases, lost opportunities, and referrals)
Record and update all interactions in the CRM
Work in partnership with marketing and lead-generating teams to optimize results
Contribute to improvements in the pre-sales process by providing funnel insights
Requirements
Previous experience in lead prospecting and qualification (minimum 1 year)
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or complex solutions
Knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience with prospecting tools (Apollo, Lusha, and others)
Familiarity with sales and pre-sales methodologies
Desirable experience with systems such as Senior, TOTVS, Sankhya, or similar
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (preferred)

Fixed salary: R$ 3,100.00 to R$ 3,800.00 (CLT)
Commissions for meeting targets (average up to R$ 1,500.00)
