Requirements
Experience in account management and client relationship work in dynamic environments.
Genuine interest in technical products, with a willingness to learn in a tech-first environment.
Enthusiasm for AI concepts and trends, and a commitment to staying current on the topic.
Ability to record and organize client data in a structured way within our systems.
Skill in capturing insights and interpreting platform usage and performance metrics, turning them into actionable recommendations.
Clear written and verbal communication, adapting language for different audiences, with strong persuasive skills with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to train and engage clients with varying levels of technical familiarity.
Ability to address client issues and propose specialized, effective solutions.
