Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large life sciences client and two additional smaller clients.
Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits to our client and JLL.
Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, and meeting account level KPIs and goals.
Oversee compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities.
Achieves Financial and Compliance Results Oversight of annual sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it.
Requirements
8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
MBA, a plus
CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications
Excel, Word & PowerPoint
E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
Willingness to travel within the U.S.
