Civil Structural Architecture Supervisor – Data Centre

Role Overview

• Oversee daily construction activities for civil, structural, and architectural works
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams
• Monitor work progress against project schedules and milestones
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance
• Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications
• Implement quality control procedures and standards
• Conduct quality inspections at critical construction phases
• Ensure compliance with Thai building codes and international standards
• Document quality issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Review material certifications and test reports
• Enforce site safety protocols and procedures
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks
• Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures
• Coordinate with safety officers and regulatory authorities
• Supervise site engineering team and technical staff
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
• Coordinate with project managers and other discipline supervisors
• Conduct performance evaluations and skills development planning
• Manage workforce scheduling and resource allocation
• Maintain accurate construction records and progress reports
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Document variations, delays, and change orders
• Coordinate with project controls team on schedule updates
• Ensure proper filing of permits, approvals, and certifications
• Interface with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Participate in project meetings and site coordination sessions
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate design clarifications
• Support project handover and commissioning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
• Minimum 8-10 years construction experience with 5+ years in supervisory role
• Experience in large-scale construction projects (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)
• Previous experience working in Thailand or Southeast Asia preferred
• Proficiency in construction methods for concrete, steel, and architectural systems
• Knowledge of Thai building codes, regulations, and permit processes
• Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools
• Understanding of MEP coordination and building systems integration
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and green building standards
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Thai language proficiency highly preferred
