Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of diverse construction projects, ensuring they meet safety and timeline benchmarks
Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Consultants, and Authorities, providing transparent and professional updates on project milestones
Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical specifications to ensure project viability
Identify potential site risks and material deficiencies early, providing creative solutions to keep the project on track
Lead the implementation of project workflows, including all necessary authority applications and regulatory submissions
Monitor site progress meticulously and compile data-driven reports for senior management

A Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline)
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in construction or civil engineering
Strong command over site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control
Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory approval processes and submission standards
A valid Class 3 Driving License is highly preferred to facilitate site visits
A 'can-do' attitude with the ability to handle ad-hoc technical challenges as they arise
