Serves as a senior advisor providing strategic direction and subject matter expertise to support the stabilization and growth of Small Glide Munitions (SGM) and Small Cruise Missile (SCM) operations.
Offers guidance on team management, production continuity, and forward-looking development opportunities.
Provide strategic guidance to SGM and SCM leadership on team structure, priorities, and performance management practices.
Review and assess current SGM production processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for stabilization.
Analyze existing SCM operations and provide recommendations to improve coordination, execution, and output quality.
Requirements
40+ years of technical Program Management and Systems Engineering Management in defense systems development, missile systems production, weapons acquisition, modeling and simulation, C4ISR, and unmanned systems operations.
Extensive experience managing large-scale DoD programs, production operations, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and cross-functional integrated product teams.
Program oversight for Small Glide Munition (SGM) program
Extensive experience leading large organizations across DoD, R&D, and production environments
Direct experience with DCMA and DCAA audits, government reporting, and regulatory compliance.
